I had a mixed experience during my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. While I loved the beautiful lobby and the spacious room, I found some aspects lacking, especially concerning service and the amenities offered. Despite enjoying my time at the spa and the delicious dining options, the inconsistency in housekeeping and limited pool facilities left much to be desired.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans was a good mix of luxury and comfort. The location was fantastic, with many attractions just a stroll away. I was impressed by the attentive service and the opulent dining options. However, the initial check-in experience fell short of expectations and left me feeling a bit let down by the beginning of my stay.

My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with modern decor mixed with classic elegance. I particularly loved the sunken tub and separate shower in the bathroom. However, I did find a hair scrungy left over from a previous guest, which shouldn't have happened in a luxury hotel.
